Posty of Ruby Tuesday ~ Vase of Flowers by Jan Brueghel

Beautiful oil painting photo of Jan Brueghel, the flemish painter of cabinet pictures, mainly flowers and landscapes. He was the second son of Pieter Bruegel the Elder. His father died when he was one, but familiarity with his art contributed greatly to Jan’s development.
