Posty of Notice :)

Got this from my friend in Japan, she sent me with her new postal address. Of course I removed her address from here, it was written in front of the truck small logo. I think it is cute way to notify your friend about your moving.

Posty of Osaka Castle, Japan

This postcard really makes me smile when I read it, the postcard itself is beautiful of course but the most lovely part is Thai-handwriting by my friend. Thanks for your effort, it was good card. Remind me that you used to like Nicole Theriault (Thai artist, singer) a lot and wanted to have her CD, I am bad friend then not sending you anything.
The photo of this postcard represent the Osaka Castle, more info you can find here

Posty from Yokohama, Japan

I got this card from Blair on Aug 13, 2007, only saying I'm enjoying myself in Yokohama. Could be really enjoy then, as no more word to describe.. hehe. Thanks for sending card anyway, make me happy.

Actually Yokohama has lot of tourist attractions as you can see from here. I only know that Yokohama is major commercial hub of the Greater Tokyo Area, only business term I learned when I worked in Japanese company.

Posty of Sayo-chan, Japan

This cute girl name Sayo Sakamoto, her dad took a photo and used it as postcard. It became one of a kind postcard you know. It was sent to me on Oct 15, 2001.

What Hiu Kao mean? It is the word I often say, it means I'm hungry now.

FYI - That below Japanese writting was my name. Cute isn't it?

Takayama Festival in Japan

Arrrh.. I'm not quite sure myself whether this postcard represents Takayama Festival. Since my friend, OH, didn't write the name of festival for me. In fact, she didn't know it herself, she only remember that on festival people will carry this and celebrate in the city. Probably she had so much fun that time.

I tried to search in internet and guess this Takayama Festival is the name for it. More info you can see here

Postcard was sent on Apr 18, 2001. Thank you very much my friend :)

Tokyo Disneyland from Miki

I feel it is amazing when I found this card from my box, it seem long time ago that I am able to read/write Japanese myself. This card is from my penpal when I was in high school time. Her name is Miki Katouoka.

If I'm not mistaken about her message, it should say as my house is located near Tokyo Disneyland.

Thanks to Miki, and hope you are doing well.

Fukuoka, the south of Japan

Oh gave me this blank card on her first trip to Japan, thanks so much.

Fukuoka is Kyushu's largest and one of Japan's ten most populated cities. Today's Fukuoka is the product of the fusion of two cities in the year 1889, when the port city of Hakata and the former castle town of Fukuoka were united into one city called Fukuoka. Hakata remains the name of one of Fukuoka's central districts and of the main railway station.

Stamp from Tokyo

I got this written postcard from Fukumi in Tokyo, it has beautiful stamps on it, but the back side of the card was just her writing, not any photo or places to share.

Only show you how beautiful stamps are.

Golden Pavilion in Kyoto

This is full view of Golden Pavilion or it can be called Rokuonji Temple, located in Kyoto which is formerly the imperial capital of Japan, it is now the capital of Kyoto Prefecture.

Thanks to Blair from California, dropped this card to me during this trip.

Yoshiaki Makita, in Hiroshima

Actually I have no idea who is Yoshiaki Makita, I couldn't find any reference of this person on google either. However, this name appears on my card which my close friend, Koong, posted to me during her visit Japan on Nov 10, 2008. Thanks for her caring :)
